My name is Ivana Franekova and I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 16 years of clinical experience, working with Anxiety, Stress & Depression mainly. I’m also a Life Coach and a Corporate/ Executive Coach, combining the tools in my practice to achieve maximum benefits and potential in clients’ lives.
I deliver Anxiety Therapy Programs to clients all over the world, using my unique, tried and tested combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Life & Business Coaching tools and method. These are then carefully woven into two main Anxiety Recovery Programs that I run.
